Great studio with wonderful teachers. Trial class is free and you can always take a drop in class :)

I've been taking it for over 30 years. The teacher is amazing; she draws from yoga, Pilates and ballet. The class is low pressure, relaxed and focuses on safety. It's great for old ladies like me, who don't want to hurt themselves doing stuff that only teenagers can do.
